Succession speaker, New employee speaker, non profit speakersCommunity is close to Rhonda’s heart, as she believes that nothing incites connection better than involvement. Rhonda feels that volunteer teams can tackle enormous challenges with tremendous success!

Rhonda has been involved as a volunteer and fundraiser with Big Brothers and Sisters, Red Cross (International Services Division), Kelowna Women’s Shelter, Junior Achievement, Okanagan Families and the YM-YWCA. She has developed a volunteer program for the AIDS Resource Centre of the Okanagan and was named honorary Chair of the 2002 AIDS Walk after being involved with the event since its inception.
