Rhonda Victoor used to try to do it all: faster, better and more perfectly. And then she was struck by that light bulb moment of realization. It was a BIG gem. “I can’t do it all today, or all alone. But I can focus on ONE action that will make me feel proud of myself.”
Do you ever have light bulb moments? What do you do with that wisdom? As a Business Coach and Inspirational Speaker Rhonda helps people recognize those BIG gems and then act on them. After all it is acting on one BIG gem that separates a good intention from a great career!
Rhonda founded INCITE Coaching in Kelowna BC, Canada in the year 2000. Since then she has coached and presented across Canada, the United States, South America and Europe. Along with her coaching expertise she brings experiences growing up in small-town Alberta (picture just 1 paved street), and early years working as a business manager and fitness trainer. Her stories are guaranteed to move you from trying to doing!
Rhonda sets and achieves BIG goals. In 2004 she was named World Effective Speaking Champion after winning competitions in Ecuador (while pregnant) and Japan (only 2 weeks after giving birth to her first child)! For her significant contribution to the community she received the prestigious Young Woman of Distinction award and the BC Chamber of Commerce recognized her as one of their Best and Brightest entrepreneurs!
Rhonda lives her message: she and her husband Dave juggle careers, parenting 2 young children and still diligently act on their BIG gems. Acting on those gems drives her to take tiny risks in her business and her personal life every month: ask her about her very first hip hop dance lesson and her new passion of rock climbing!
Coach Victoor is widely published: her co-authored book Awakening the Workplace and her audio-book Out with Schmoozing: Keys to Successful Networking will inspire HUGE success in your business and your life.
Rhonda lives by the words of the great Star Wars Jedi master, Yoda "Try not. Do. Or do not. There is no try."
