Rhonda founded INCITE Coaching in Kelowna BC, Canada in the year 2000. Since then she has coached and presented across Canada, the United States, South America and Europe. Along with her coaching expertise she brings experiences growing up in small-town Alberta (picture just 1 paved street), and early years working as a business manager and fitness trainer. Rhonda sets and achieves BIG goals. In 2004 she was named World Effective Speaking Champion after winning competitions in Ecuador (while pregnant) and Japan (only 2 weeks after giving birth to her first child)! For her significant contribution to the community she received the prestigious Young Woman of Distinction award and the BC Chamber of Commerce recognized her as one of their Best and Brightest entrepreneurs!

Rhonda lives her message: she and her husband Dave juggle careers, parenting 2 young children and still diligently act on their BIG gems.
